Including famous singers, actors, poets, writers, photographers, and Asai himself, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and more. Asai was born in 1937 in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture. He dropped out of Waseda University in the 1960s. His status was very diverse, and he made achievements not only in photography but also in film, music, criticism, and the creation of haiku. The people he sees through his lens are natural, confident, and relaxed, giving the impression that they are snippets of everyday life.
