In three volumes, stunning photographs and text guide you through a formal universe made of wood, bamboo, and paper. Kiyoshi Seike, a famous Japanese architect, edited the first volume, "Kigumi." Volume 2, ``Bamboo,'' was edited by Hiroshi Mizuo, a disciple of Muneyoshi Yanagi and professor emeritus at Musashino Art University, and volume 3, ``Kamiori,'' was edited by Hiroshi Mizuo, a professor at Kyoto University who later became director of the Kyoto Museum of Art. , compiled by Mitsukuni Yoshida.
