【返品・交換について】
当店では、商品の状態（傷・汚れ・ヤケなど）を商品詳細ページに詳しく記載しております。ご購入前に必ずご確認ください。
原則として返品はお受けしておりませんが、以下の場合は対応いたします：
- 商品が説明と著しく異なる場合
- 誤品が届いた場合
上記に該当する場合は、商品到着後7日以内にメール（info@kokiriyama.com）までご連絡ください。返送料は当店が負担いたします。
お客様都合による返品の場合、返送料はお客様のご負担となります。
【退貨與換貨說明】
本店在商品詳情頁面詳細記載了每本書的品相狀況（划痕、污損、黃變等），請在購買前仔細確認。
原則上不接受退貨，但以下情況除外：
·商品與描述嚴重不符
·發錯商品
如符合上述情況，請在收到商品後7日內通過郵件（info@kokiriyama.com）聯繫我們，退貨運費由本店承擔。
因買家個人原因退貨，運費由買家自行承擔。
【Returns & Exchanges】
We provide detailed condition descriptions (scratches, stains, yellowing, etc.) on each product page. Please review carefully before purchasing.
Returns are generally not accepted, except in the following cases:
- The item significantly differs from its description
- An incorrect item was delivered
If applicable, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@kokiriyama.com. Return shipping will be covered by us.
For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
EU Customers: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to initiate the process. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
